My Story – my own 12 week transformation (Oct 2016- Jan 2017)
I had been so busy working with my clients, that my own training took a backseat. You know that moment where you look in the mirror and think how did that happen, well I did that and decided that I needed to practice what I preached.
I am no fitness model, and I am my toughest critic. There are definitely some things that I would change about my body, but all in all, I am pleased with the results.
