There’s nothing you can tell me about the struggles of losing weight, of changing shape and becoming fitter. You see I was a size 22, and 5 stone over weight before I started my own personal weight loss story.

I like to call myself a more mature personal trainer and I have lived a little. In fact, I have lived a lot and still do. I enjoy weekend breaks away, nights out, and the odd takeaway. I enjoy a glass or two (or three!) of wine and I love chocolate.

I sometimes find it hard to motivate myself to get in the studio’s and work out.

So I know how you feel! And it’s that knowing and understanding that will help motivate and drive you towards your goals.

There is nothing more satisfying that getting into clothes that were too tight. Looking in the mirror and thinking all the hard work was worth it. Hearing your loved ones tell you how amazing you look.

My Story

My own 12 week transformation (Oct 2016- Jan 2017)

I had been so busy working with my clients, that my own training took a backseat. You know that moment where you look in the mirror and think how did that happen, well I did that and decided that I needed to practice what I preached.

I am no fitness model, and I am my toughest critic. There are definitely some things that I would change about my body, but all in all, I am pleased with the results.
