    Jenny’s Blog Week 2

    I start the week with an overnight in Ipswich for a meeting the following day, I prepared my breakfast and took it with me so I didn’t have to face the dreaded breakfast buffet.

    At lunch, another buffet of sandwiches and deep fried things, I excused myself and went over to the site canteen and bought a chicken salad.

    This surprised me, I planned, I organized, I felt in control, and I felt great about it.

    On the downside, I am getting tired very quickly during training, and Petra has identified that I actually am not eating enough.  I think it’s because I still can’t get my head around the food diary, and I don’t know what I am supposed to be eating.

    Having run through my food diary, Petra has refined a few things, and given me a steer in the right direction.  Why do I feel like I can’t eat anything!!!

    I had a small gain on the scales this week which was disappointing, but then maybe I have pushed my body in to starvation mode by not eating enough.
