    Jenny’s Blog Week 10

    Month end week again!!  Super stressed, working late and not eating properly, so I am snacking and picking at rubbish.  Feel very tired and very drained.

    Training feels so hard this week but I am not doing anything different.  Talking it through with Petra, it’s down to the stress that I am under for 2 ½ days out of the week, it just completely takes everything out of me.

    By the weekend I start to feel a lot better so on Saturday night I had a night out at my cousins to watch the football.  I drove, so I drank soda water, and then we left just before the pizza arrived!!

    I wasn’t even bothered, as I knew that I had Hairy Dieters Chicken Bhuna with fresh chopped onion salad ready when I got home, and it didn’t disappoint!!

    On Sunday, we went out for lunch with the family.  Whenever we go out for Sunday lunch, everyone always has a dessert, I passed, and just had a pot of tea instead.  Didn’t miss it one bit!!

    Loss this week 1.9kgs… so so pleased!!
